Pick Salami Kabobs
Ingredients 200g Pick salami thinly deli sliced,100g Brandt Double Smoked Pork Loin (Lachsschinken) thinly deli sliced,1 red pepper cut into squares,24 grape tomatoes washed,24 Bocconcini cheese cocktail size drained,100g baby or regular kale,12 6-8″ long cocktail skewers Direction Thread the ingredients alternately onto the skewers. Remember to use contrasting colours and fold the meats. Serves 6
