- O’ Sole Mio Tri-colour or 4-cheese Tortellini, cooked
- 100g Brandt German Salami, sliced
- 100g Brandt Hungarian Salami, sliced
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- In a medium size bowl combine the cooked O’ Sole Mio Tortellini 3 Colours and 4 Cheese together with cubed mozzarella and enough basil pesto to coat.
- To assemble the skewers, thread together Brandt Hungarian Salami, Brandt German Salami, O’ Sole Mio Tortellini, mozzarella, olives, roasted red peppers and basil leaves.
- Serve remaining pesto on the side for dipping.
