Antipasto Tortellini Skewers

Preparation

  1. In a medium size bowl combine the cooked O’ Sole Mio Tortellini 3 Colours and 4 Cheese together with cubed mozzarella and enough basil pesto to coat.
  2. To assemble the skewers, thread together Brandt Hungarian Salami, Brandt German Salami, O’ Sole Mio Tortellini, mozzarella, olives, roasted red peppers and basil leaves.
  3. Serve remaining pesto on the side for dipping.
