Grilled Sausage Platter

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Cut potatoes and place on a double layer of aluminum foil. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place another double layer of foil on top and roll up edges to seal. Place potatoes on back of grill and cook for 10 minutes. Flip potato packet over and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from grill and check for doneness. If still firm, cook for another 5 minutes then remove from grill and set aside.
  3. Toss the peppers and scallions with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until charred and tender, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Grill assorted Brandt Sausages until charred and heated through.
  5. Slice sausages, place all ingredients on a platter with assorted Kuehne condiments and create a beautiful spread!
