Charcuterie Cups

Ingredients:

1 Snowdonia Amber Mist, sliced into wedges
1 Snowdonia Red Storm, sliced into wedges
200g Brandt Hungarian Salami, sliced
200g Brandt Westfalian Ham, sliced
12 Crackers, rectangular
1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup grapes
12 dried apricots
Rosemary Sprigs
Skewers

Direction

Assemble mason jars by adding mixed nuts and dried apricots to bottom of each jar. Add cubed pieces of Snowdonia Amber Mist and Red Storm. Fold the Brandt Hungarian Salami thread through a skewer. Roll the Brandt Westfalian Ham and add to each jar. Add crackers, a few berries, a few grapes, and a rosemary sprig to garnish.
