Charcuterie Board with Cheese Balls

Ingredients

Cheese Balls Ingredients:

– 8 slices Brandt Double Smoked Bacon, cooked and finely chopped
– 1 block (8oz.) of cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup cheddar, shredded
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. paprika
– 1/3 cup chives, chopped
– 1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
– pretzel sticks

Charcuterie Board

– Brandt Csabai Sausage, cut into slices
– Brandt Baltic Salami, 20 slices
– Brandt Prager Ham, 20 slices
– Brandt Lachsschinken, 10 slices

Preparation:

In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and paprika. Form cheese mixture into several small balls. Place on plate, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. In a shallow bowl, stir together bacon, chives and pecans. Roll the small cheese balls in the bacon, chives and pecans mixture and skewer the cheese ball with the pretzel stick. Place the cheese balls onto the prepared charcuterie board with Brandt meat products.
