1 pound of prepared pizza dough, room temperature
2 cups Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 cup grilled artichokes, drained
12 slices Brandt Prager Ham, thinly sliced
Move rack to lower third of oven and preheat to herbs. Stretch the room temperature dough out on a well greased pan to the edges. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with tomato sauce, shredded Jarlsberg cheese and grilled artichokes. Cook pizza for another 12 minutes or until cooked and Jarlsberg cheese is golden. Top pizza with slices of Brandt Prager Ham, cut into squares, and enjoy.
