Summer Mezze Platter

Preparation

  1. Arrange Summer Fresh Hummus, Red Pepper Hummus, Tzatziki and 7 Grain Salad on platter.
  2. Wrap cantaloupe with Brandt Prager Ham.
  3. Arrange cheeses, Brandt Hungarian Salami, Old Fashion Beef Salami and sliced Brandt Kolbassa as desired on the platter. Garnish with various snacking vegetables.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle the hummus with olive oil and top with cracked pepper. Serve with fresh naan or pita.
