Ingredients
- 1 Summer Fresh Hummus 227g
- 1 Summer Fresh Tzatziki 227g
- 1 Summer Fresh Red Pepper Hummus 227g
- 300g Summer Fresh 7 Grain Salad
- 100g Brandt Hungarian Salami, sliced
- 100g Brandt Old Fashion Beef Salami, sliced
- 100g Brandt Prager Ham, sliced
- 1 Brandt Kolbassa 250g
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 100g herbed goat cheese
- Mixed nuts
- Assorted summer fruit such as berries, sliced cantaloupe
- Assorted veggies such as marinated artichokes, radishes, cherry tomatoes, olives
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Fresh pita or naan for serving
Preparation
- Arrange Summer Fresh Hummus, Red Pepper Hummus, Tzatziki and 7 Grain Salad on platter.
- Wrap cantaloupe with Brandt Prager Ham.
- Arrange cheeses, Brandt Hungarian Salami, Old Fashion Beef Salami and sliced Brandt Kolbassa as desired on the platter. Garnish with various snacking vegetables.
- Just before serving, drizzle the hummus with olive oil and top with cracked pepper. Serve with fresh naan or pita.
