  1. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforations. Using a pizza cutter, slice each triangle into 3 or 4 smaller triangles to make a total of 24 pieces.
  2. Place one Brandt Mini Smoked Farmer Sausage on the widest end of each triangle, then roll it up toward the point, wrapping the dough around the sausage.
  3. Arrange the wrapped sausages seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and sausages.
  4. For a golden, glossy finish, whisk the egg with 1 teaspoon of water and brush over the tops of the dough. Optionally, sprinkle with your favourite seasoning or salt blend.
