Charcuterie Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of thick cut, wavy potato chips
  • 2 cups of Gouda, shredded
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 slices Brandt Westfalian Ham
  • 1/4 cup Divina fig jam
  • Serve with Divina Castelvetrano Olives
  • Garnish with fresh chives & whipped brie

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange chips in a thin layer on an oven tray, generously sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. In a medium pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and add onions. Sauté, moving frequently, for 10–12 minutes. Add balsamic and continue to sauté for 10 minutes until soft and beginning to caramelize.
  4. Bake cheesy chips in the oven for about 5 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
  5. Remove from oven and top with onions, Westfalian Ham, Divina Fig Jam, chives and whipped brie. Serve immediately.
