Ingredients
150g Brandt Jalapeno Liversausage,
150g Brandt Smoked Liversausage,
1/2 baguette cut into 1/4″ thick slices,
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil,
season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish Options:
green olives sliced,
red or yellow peppers sliced into thin strips,
parsley,
cucumber slices cut into quarters
Direction
Preheat oven to 400˚F. With a bread knife slice the baguette into angled slices ¼” thick. Place bread slices on a cookie sheet and brush both sides of slices with oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then bake until pale golden, about 10 minutes. Allow the crostini’s to cool then spread your favorite Brandt Liversauage over the top. Add optional garnishes and serve. Serves 6
