Ingredients
1 baguette
4 roma or beefsteak tomatoes, grated
2 garlic cloves, cut in half
1 package Espuna Serrano Ham
1 package Sliced Brandt Hungarian Salami
Top with olive oil, flakey salt, and cracked pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice baguette on a bias and place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and toast in oven about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
- Meanwhile, cut tomatoes in half horizontally. Rub the tomatoes on a box grater and grate until a tomato mixture is formed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- When your bread is out of the oven, take a raw garlic clove, and with the cut side rub it against the toast. Top the toast with the tomato mixture.
- Alternate draping slices of Espuna Serrano Ham and Brandt Hungarian Salami on top. Season with flakey salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
