Ingredients
- 6 Pretzel Buns
- 250g Brandt Pastrami, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 Kühne Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Kühne Gherkins, sliced
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 3 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)
- Arugula
Directions
- Drain the sauerkraut well.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Slice the pretzel buns in half and lightly butter or brush them with oil.
- Toast the rolls, cut side down, for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the skillet and set aside.
- Spread a generous amount of Russian dressing on the bottom half of each roll.
- Layer the pastrami on top, followed by Swiss cheese, sliced gherkins, and sauerkraut.
- Add arugula for extra flavour and freshness.
- Place the top half of each roll on the sandwich and serve immediately. Enjoy!
