- 2 ciabatta buns
- ½ cup arugula
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 100 grams Brandt Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
- 100 grams Brandt Black Forest Ham
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Butter for spreading
- Slice ciabatta bun in half, setting the top aside.
- Layer the bottom half with arugula and one slice of swiss cheese, followed by Brandt Oven Roasted Chicken, Brandt Black Forest Ham, and another slice of swiss.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the ciabatta lid and place it on top of the sandwich.
- Spread a light layer of butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Cook the sandwich in a preheated pan until golden brown and cheese is melted.
