Ingredients

Fruits & Veggies

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced (about 20 slices)
  • 20 small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (grapes, blueberries, orange segments – approx. 1/4 cup per container)

Other

  • 1 box rice crackers (10–12 per serving, packed separately)

Directions

1. Assemble the Packs: In each of the four containers, add an equal portion of meat and cheese on one side. On the other side, divide the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and fruit evenly.

2. Pack Crackers Separately: Store crackers in a small sealed container or bag at room temperature. Add to your lunch when ready to eat for maximum crunch.
