Greek Watermelon Salad


  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 mini cucumbers, diced
  • 220ml pkg Divina Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 220ml pkg Divina Organic Green Olives Pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 8 slices Brandt Prager Ham


  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brandt Prager Ham on a lined baking sheet and cook until crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside until cool.
  2. Meanwhile on a large platter, arrange the watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, Divina Pitted Kalamata Olives, Divina Organic Green Olives and feta cheese.
  3. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a glass jar, shake to combine. Drizzle over salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with crispy Brandt Prager Ham chips.
