Ingredients:
4 Brandt Black Forest Ham Steaks
4 slices of pineapple
4 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat oven to 375 F. Place Brandt Black Forest Ham steaks in a large nonstick baking dish and arrange pineapple in between ham slices. In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, mustard, brown sugar and cloves. Drizzle over the top of steaks. Bake for 10-15 minutes until ham is golden brown and is heated through. Serve with your favourite sides.
