10 slices of Brandt Black Forest Ham
2 cans (8 oz) of crescent roll dough
250 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 green onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Open one can of crescent dough and lay out on a lightly floured surface. Press the seams together and spread to a 14″ x 8″ rectangle with rolling pin. Lay out the slices of Brandt Black Forest Ham over surface of dough. Sprinkle the grated cheese and chopped green onion over the ham slices. Lightly dust the cheese with smoked paprika. Open the other can of dough and spread out on a piece of waxed paper. Press the seams together and spread to a 14″ x 8″ rectangle with rolling pin. Pick up the second dough rectangle (on the waxed paper) and place over top of the first dough rectangle with the ham slices. Remove the waxed paper. Press and seal all edges. Cut crosswise into strips.(Each strip will be 8 inches) Twist each strip and bring around to form a circle and seal. Place on baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
– Remove foil, bake an additional 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
