1-482g package Luisa’s Fiesta Dip Mild Or
200g Brandt Mexican Salami, diced
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 -15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 – 7 oz. bag Mexican blend shredded cheese
2 tbsp. scallions, sliced
1/3 cup tomatoes, diced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
– In a large cast iron skillet layer one half of the tortilla chips with beans and cheese.
– Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
– Remove pan from oven sprinkle with scallions, tomatoes and diced Brandt Mexican Salami.
– Serve immediately with Mild or Medium Luisa’s Fiesta Dip.
