Ingredients:
1 Pick Salami Chub – sliced
1 baguette – sliced
1 brie cheese round, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 mint bunch, garnish
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper
olive oil
Direction
Combine blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until mixture becomes thick and jammy. Let compote sit to cool until you are ready to serve. Slice baguette and brush slices with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toast on baking sheet in oven at 375 F until golden brown. Assemble crostini with a slice of brie, fold 4 pieces of Pick Salami, add a tablespoon of compote and top with a mint leaves.
