- 100g Brandt German Salami, sliced
- 100g Lachsschinken, sliced
- 4 Fresh Pretzels
- 1 Gouda Cheese
- 1 Smoked Gouda Cheese
- Gherkins
- Grainy Mustard and Spicy Mustard
- Garnish with apple slices
Directions
- Begin by placing the pretzels at one side of the board, followed by the cheeses, meats and gherkins.
- Arrange the slices of meat and cheese in neat rows or circles, ensuring they are easy to pick up with the hands. Keep the mustard bowls near the meats and cheeses for easy access.
