Ingredients
250g pkg of Fantino & Mondello Dry Cured Sliced Pepperoni,
6 slices of Brandt Pizza loaf,
1 cup of O Sole Mio Marinara sauce,
1 bag/pkg of refrigerated pizza dough,
1 cup of mozzarella cheese grated
Direction
Preheat oven to 425° F. Dust a large cutting board with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the Marinara sauce evenly on the dough (leave 1/4″ around edges). Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Place Fantino & Mondello Dry Cured Pepperoni on top of the mozzarella cheese. Top off with slices of Brandt Pizza loaf. Tightly roll the crust into a log. Slice the log into 1 and 1/2″ slices. Place the slices on a lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve with additional heated O Sole Mio Marinara sauce. Serves 6 to 8
