Ingredients
200 gr Brandt Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
4 slices sourdough bread
4 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup Divina Basil Pesto
1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/2 cup Divina Roasted Tomatoes
Roasted vegetables of your choice; zucchini, eggplant, red onion Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Directions
- Brush the outside of each slice of bread with butter. On the inside of the bread, spread with Divina basil pesto.
- Next, on two slices, layer with slices of mozzarella, roasted vegetables, Brandt Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, fresh basil leaves and more cheese. Add the top piece of bread.
- Place the sandwiches in a large skillet over medium heat, cook until golden on each side, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from pan, slice in half and enjoy!
