Ingredients
200g Pick salami thinly deli sliced,
100g Brandt Double Smoked Pork Loin (Lachsschinken) thinly deli sliced,
1 red pepper cut into squares,
24 grape tomatoes washed,
24 Bocconcini cheese cocktail size drained,
100g baby or regular kale,
12 6-8″ long cocktail skewers
Direction
Thread the ingredients alternately onto the skewers. Remember to use contrasting colours and fold the meats. Serves 6
