Reuben Sandwich


2 tablespoons butter
8 slices marble rye bread
16 slices of Brandt Corned Beef
8 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup Kuehne Sauerkraut, drained
4 Kuehne Pickles to garnish
Thousand Island dressing


Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat. Butter one side of the rye bread slices and lay four slices buttered side down on griddle. Spread the 4 non-buttered sides with Thousand Island dressing, then layer 1 slice Swiss Cheese, 4 slices of Brandt Corned Beef, 1/4 cup Kuehne sauerkraut and a second slice of Swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread slices with the buttered sides facing out. Grill sandwiches until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted. erve with a Kuehne pickle.
