75g Brandt Turkey Breast or Chicken your choice, smoked or oven roasted,
1 Italian bun or Kaiser,
Handful of lettuce,
2 slices of Swiss Cheese or a cheese of your choice,
1 tbsp olive oil,
Ground pepper is an option
Cut the bun in half. In a small bowl toss the lettuce, oil and pepper. Place a few leaves of lettuce and cheese slices on the first half of the bun. Fold half of the sliced turkey and put on top of the lettuce. Repeat with layer of the remaining turkey and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
