8 thick slices of Brandt Smoked Side Bacon
8 slices sourdough bread
2 large tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Grill thick sliced Brandt Smoked Side Bacon on a medium-high grill until both sides are crispy, approximately 8 mins. and set aside. Grill sourdough bread and tomato slices until you see char marks. Assemble with toasted sourdough bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add 2 slices of Brandt Smoked Side Bacon, 2 slices of grilled tomatoes, add salt and pepper to taste, top with 2 leaves of bibb lettuce. Put remaining slice of grilled bread on top. Serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!
