Bacon Mac and Cheese Minis

Ingredients:

4 cups dried pasta
4 tbsps. of butter (1/2 stick)
4 tbsps. flour
2.5 cups heavy cream
2 tsps. mustard powder
450g Jarlsberg Cheese, grated
freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

For for the lattice:
8 slices Brandt Smoked Side Bacon, cut into thin strips

Direction:

Preheat oven to 425F
In a large pot boil pasta and in another pot melt butter
Mix in flour and cream and cook for 5-10 minutes
Stir in mustard powder, Jarlsberg Cheese and pasta
Season with salt and pepper
Spoon mac and cheese ino ramekins
Topped with lattice made fram Brandt Smoked Side Bacon
Place ramekins on cookie sheet and bake for 15 mintues
